All Cars
At the beginning where it says 'press start' press the left trigger, X and start. This should take you to the main menu. Then highlight the option button and press X and A
When in the option menu press Y and B. This will get you cars!
Retry Jackpot Bonus
Complete a race in championship mode, then save your game. If you are awarded the jackpot bonus, but lose, simply reload your saved game to try again.
Quick Start
Note: This trick assumes the game is under the default controller setting.
When "Go" appears during the countdown at the start of a race, press R + A. If done correctly, you will get a faster start and a four-second boost.
